Mage Council Rulings[]

Ruling #103
Any information regarding the seizure of an unbroken military dragon from the Gardnerian Fourth Division base must be immediately reported to the Mage Council. Involvement in the theft of military dragons is punishable by execution.[1]

The Iron Test must be applied to anyone crossing the border in or out of the Blessed Magedom of Gardneria.[2]

The Iron Test must be applied to anyone applying for Guild admittance in the Blessed Magedom of Gardneria.[3]

Defacing the Gardnerian flag shall be punishable by execution.[4]

Ruling #200
Aiding in the illegal movement of subland Smaragdalfar Elves into the upper Realmlands shall be punishable by execution. Any Smaragdalfar Elves found on Gardnerian land must be turned over to the Mage Guard immediately for transport to Alfsigroth.[5]

Defacing or defaming The Book of the Ancients shall be punishable by execution.[6]

Ruling #223
All Urisk must vacate Gardneria by the end of the twelfth month. All workpapers extended past that time are hereby revoked, and any Urisk found in the Holy Magedom after that time will be shipped to the Pyrran Islands.[7]

Smuggling Selkies or spirits across the Gardnerian border shall be grounds for imprisonment.[8]

Mage Council Motion
Mage Vyvian Damon moves to propose that all Selkies coming to shore in the Western Realm be immediately executed, and that aiding or abetting Selkies shall be grounds for imprisonment.[9]

Ruling #319
All diplomatic relations with the Northern and Southern Lupine packs are hereby suspended and trade sanctions will be vigorously enforced. The sanctions will not be lifted and diplomatic relations will not resume until the Lupines cede the disputed land along the Northern and Southern border of the Holy Magedom.[10]

All diplomatic relations with the Amazakaran Free People of the Caledonian Mountains are hereby suspended, and trade sanctions will be vigorously enforced until the Amazakaran surrender the Urisk, Smaragdalfar Elves, and Fae-blooded who reside in their territory in flagrant violation of Realm Law.[11]

All Selkies coming to shore in the Western Realm are to be immediately executed. Aiding or abetting Selkies will be grounds for imprisonment.[12]

The Northern and Southern Lupine packs must cede the disputed land bordering Gardneria. They have one month to comply. Failure to do so will result in military action.[13]

Ruling #340
The peaceful annexation of the territories formerly and illegally occupied by the Northern and Southern Lupines will commence immediately, bringing the norther territory under the protection of Alfsigroth and the southern territory under the protection of the Holy Magedom of Gardneria.[14]

The peaceful annexation of Verpacian lands will commence immediately, bringing the formerly independent country of Verpacia under the protection of the Holy Magedom of Gardneria.[15]

Ruling #342
All diplomatic relations with the Noi people are hereby severed in response to the egregious and unprovoked actions against both the Gardnerian and Verpacian militaries. The Vu Trin forces are hereby barred from the newly annexed Verpacian province of Gardneria, and the Holy Magedom has appropriated the Vu Trin military bases in eastern and western Verpacia. Further Vu Trin aggression or trespass onto the sovereign territory of Gardneria will be considered an act of war.[16]

All Icarals in the Western and Eastern Realms of Erthia are to be hunted down and executed. Assisting in the concealment or escape of Icarals is hereby declared one of the worst possible crimes against the Holy Magedom of Gardneria. It shall be punished without mercy.[17]

High Mage Ruling
Issued by High Mage Marcus Vogel
Declaring that a State of War exists between the Holy Magedom of Gardneria and Noilaan. All necessary force will be used to subdue the Noi aggressors and their Vu Trin forces to protect the Holy Magedom.[18]

Initiating a military search for Elloren Gardner, heir to Carnissa Gardner’s power.[19]

Verpacian Council Runings[]

Ruling #73
By unanimous decision, the Verpacian Council has voted to bring Verpacia under the protection of Gardneria. The peaceful transition of power will commence immediately, beginning with the merging of the Gardnerian military with the armed forces of Verpacia. The Verpacian Council will hereby operate under the jurisdiction of the Mage Council of Gardneria.[20]
